The Princess Of Comedy

I am funny, witty, easily to get attached to and I love being a comedienne. After countless let downs from acting gigs, my comedy took off after being with Bill Bellamy in Las Vegas, Nevada; where I watched Comedian D’Lai and Ali Siddiq open up for him at the Sun Coast Hotel in February 2014.  Upon my return to Houston, I hosted for the first time at the Houston Improv for Comedian Leroy “Hypnobro” Williams in September 2014.

 

Without having any experience as being a comedienne, my talent was mentored and developed by my manager Carlos Wallace; who is the CEO of Sol-Caritas. My comedy has awarded me stage time at the University of Phoenix, DeVry University, Keller Graduate School of Management, Comedie House at the Encore Theatre, House of Blues, Hard Rock Café, The Joke Joint, The Red Cat Jazz Café, Arlington Improv (Dallas All Star), South by Southwest in Austin, J-P’s Lounge in Lafayette, Louisiana, all the way to Sal’s and The J Spot in L.A. I have been featured at the Houston Improv 4 times as Houston’s All Star! I have worked along side Luenell, Shawn Harris, Rodney Perry, Cocoa Brown, Scruncho, AJ Johnson, Hope Flood, and Rudy Rush. I love what I do but it makes all the difference when fans come and give you a hug and say, “You made me laugh so hard”, and “you are so beautiful”! It brings tears to my eyes now thinking that God has blessed me to touch the lives of other women. Comedy is empowering; it’s a movement and if I can continue to change the lives of women, but use comedy to do it, then I am for it! One thing is for sure, “Comedy reveals Social Darwinism through laughter”. #IAMFEARLESS
